The University of Wisconsin–Madison is a world-renowned university that offers opportunities for students to learn and grow both in and out of the classroom. As parents and family members, you play a key role during your student’s college journey. The Parents’ Fund provides an opportunity to further partner with the university and contribute to our shared goal of student success.

Your gift, no matter the amount, provides discretionary funding that strengthens the programs and services that benefit students most. In fact, private gifts and grants account for nearly the same percentage of the UW’s budget as tuition! These gifts allow us to advance initiatives such as:

  • supporting student mental health and well-being
  • expanding scholarship programs that help make UW–Madison attainable for every talented student
  • retaining world-class faculty
  • creating the innovative programming that makes up the Wisconsin Experience

Just by having a student at UW–Madison, you are part of the Badger community; no gift is required. Learn more and stay connected through the UW’s Parent and Family Program, a free resource that connects you to communications, information, and events.

Thank you for helping to create a campus that allows all Badgers to explore, collaborate, and discover how they can change the world.
