In the Nelson Institute, the Wisconsin Idea is more than just a concept; it is a philosophy woven into the fabric of every experience. For more than 50 years, the Nelson Institute has been training students to find innovative ways and interdisciplinary approaches to address challenges, adapt our societies, mitigate undesirable change, and imagine new environments and economies. We develop visionaries and equip them with the tools they need for success.
One of the ways we train the next generation of environmental leaders is through our environmental professional programs (EPP) — which are celebrating their 10th anniversary this fall. These accelerated master’s programs offer two unique tracks: environmental conservation and environmental observation and informatics. EPP provides the technical and professional training and networking opportunities to help take the next step in your career. When our EPP students graduate, they’re ready to meet the global demand for experienced professionals in the environmental and geospatial sectors.
Join us today and give $10 to celebrate 10 years of the Nelson Institute’s environmental professional programs.
