Board of Directors

The UW Foundation is managed by the 53 members of its Board of Directors. Directors are elected by the UW Foundation members at the annual meeting of members. Each director holds office for a three-year term and may serve up to four consecutive terms.

Ex-officio members include all former, living board chairs, the chair and president of the Wisconsin Alumni Association and the chair of the Women’s Philanthropy Council.
