In fall 2023, the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB) revealed a major redesign of its executive MBA program. Delivered in an adaptable online and in-person hybrid format, this strategic program is helping business professionals across the state and region elevate their leadership skills and prepare for changing dynamics in the industry. Donor contributions to the Wisconsin School of Business Venture Fund have been instrumental in the success of this endeavor. The accelerated redesign — moving students through a four-stage modular curriculum in just 18 months — is aimed at curating a platform for those who are managing work responsibilities, raising a family, traveling, or fulfilling other commitments.
“We believe that an executive MBA should not only provide students with a rigorous academic program but also offer them opportunities to develop their leadership skills, build their professional networks, and gain practical experience,” says Jean Sink, director of career management for MBA and master’s degree programs. “Whether it’s sharing knowledge over time, starting a business together, or gaining a lifelong friend, our students are able to extend their community far beyond their time at WSB.”
