For 32 years, students working for the Badger Engagement Center at UW–Madison (formerly known as Badger Call) have raised critical funds for the UW. Team members call UW alumni and friends on behalf of the university to share Badger experiences, discuss new developments on campus, and ask for financial support. Each year, the Badger Engagement Center team raises more than $2 million for the university.

Hours & Location
The Badger Engagement Center offers hours that are perfect for students and is located right in the heart of campus. You’ll work primarily evenings and weekends, so your job won’t interfere with your daytime classes.
Pay
The starting wage for the Badger Engagement Center team members is $17 per hour, with the potential for raises each semester and opportunities for promotion. Paid training gets you completely comfortable with the work and familiarizes you with our awesome team.
