100 Women Wall Recognizes Women’s Contributions

SoHEThe sunshine bounces off of each piece of brightly colored glass in the 100 Women Wall, below, located in the common area of Nancy Nicholas Hall, the new home of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Human Ecology (SoHE). Each piece of glass bears the name of a woman recognized for her contributions to family, community and society. The building, dedicated in 2012, is named in recognition of 1955 SoHE alumna Nancy Johnson Nicholas and her husband, Albert “Ab” Nicholas (’52 BBA, ’55 MBA), whose lead gift launched the campaign to restore and expand the historic building.
