Campus Access
This password-protected web application was launched in 1999 to give you access to current fund balances and other information. (Online fund balance information in Campus Access is delayed one day.)
In Campus Access, you also may view and print donor and accounting reports, fill out online gift deposit and check request forms, and find options for creating merge fields for letters. An FAQ database provides initial user instructions and a link to the Foundation’s Help Desk for additional assistance.
Gift deposit and check request forms are are also available without logging in to Campus Access: supportuw.org/giftdeposit
If you are authorized, the amount of information you can see depends on your role. Deans can access information about all of the funds in their school or college. Faculty members would have access to funds they work with.
For Campus Access authorization, send an email requesting access to your development director or the development assistant for your unit.
Strategy
Strategy is a password protected application developed by the Foundation to provide you access to the UW-Madison’s alumni, friends and donors database. Access is provided at different levels, depending on your role. A typical view includes degree information, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, employment and spouse information and basic demographics, including age, birth date and date of death. Details on gifts to your unit’s funds also are available with additional approval.

For Web Strategy authorization, send an email requesting access to your development director or the development assistant for your unit. Your user name and password will be sent to you by the Foundation.
