Office of the Registrar (ISIS/Peoplesoft)
- Verifies University attendance
- Posts degrees
- Provides degree and initial demographic information to the UW Foundation
UW Foundation (Strategy)
- Creates and maintains records of alumni, friends and donors, including
- name history
- marriages, divorces
- addresses
- phones
- employment (position and employer)
- demographics, including birth date and place, marriage date, death date
- Updates all of the above with information from schools, colleges and other participating units
- Provides mailing lists for donor-related projects
- Provides guidance and support for donor-related activities
WAA (4D)
- Creates records of alumni, friends and donors
- Provides mailing lists, alumni lists and demographic reports to schools, colleges and other participating units
- Tracks event attendance and other department specific information, such as memberships or involvement
- Selects targeted mailing groups
- Provides guidance and support for alumni activities
