Services the Foundation Provides to Campus

In addition to understanding campus priorities and raising private support for the University, the Foundation offers several other services.

Database services

Our Campus Access and Strategy applications give campus units access to fund and donor information

The Foundation also is the primary manager of the alumni, friends and donors database.  It is key to compiling accurate, precise mailing lists and helps you establish how you will keep in touch with your alumni.

Working in cooperation with the Wisconsin Alumni Association (WAA), the Office of the Registrar and many campus units and departments, we maintain the most up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive information about alumni, friends and donors.

The Foundation collects information from WAA and campus sources every day to update the database and sends all updates to the WAA system each night.

Other services to reach donors

We also provide several services to help schools, colleges, departments, programs and other campus units communicate with alumni, donors and potential donors. The Foundation staff is ready to help departments and other units tell their stories through case statements and development brochures, save-the-date emails and endowment reports, Faculty Showcases and recognition events.
