Richard L. Antoine – Chair

Richard “Dick” Antoine (’69 BS ENG) retired in 2008 as the Global Human Resources Officer of the Procter & Gamble Company after a career of 39 years. He is currently president of the National Academy of Human Resources and Senior Advisor for the CEO and C-Suite succession practice of Korn/Ferry International. He is vice chair of the University of Wisconsin Foundation Board of Directors and serves on all committees of the board. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago. He and his wife, Dorothy O’Brien (’70 BS SOHE), have supported many areas of campus, including the College of Engineering, School of Human Ecology, Brand and Product Management and the Great People Scholarship. Their daughter, Shannon, is a PhD candidate at the New York University School of Medicine.
