Caty has been on the staff of the University of Wisconsin Foundation for 25 years and has been instrumental in the creation of policies and procedures for the Foundation related to administration, human resources and building management.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Caty worked on campus in the department of rural sociology. She is a foster care volunteer for the Dane County Humane Society.
